Will Young and the legendary 60s singer Donovan are part of the final line up for the BBC's Electric Proms.
Artists announced so far include Kasabian, James Brown, Fatboy Slim and The Who.
In the latest announcement, Camden's Roundhouse will play host to a hub session between the singer/songwriter Billy Bragg and Mercury Music prize nominee Seth Lakeman.
Donovan will perform as part of the freak zone and will be joined by folk singer Vashti Bunyan in a unique collaborative performance. For the Asian network night Punjabi folk brothers Tigerstyle will combine their contemporary style with full backing from a string quartet.
Nitin Sawhney, a producer, songwriter and DJ, will perform for one night with contributions from artists including Fink, Tina Grace and Will Young.
The link between poets and MCs is set to be explored in the word sound power event, which sees hip hop MC Rodney P pair up with poets including Benjamin Zephaniah.
The Electric Proms will take place at venues in north London from October 25th to October 29th and seek to showcase performances that are new and innovative.
